Rescheduling

Following cancellation by you or your Podiatrist, for whatever reason out with the 24hrs notice period, if you would like to reschedule your care please contact us and we will be happy to arrange an appointment at a time convenient to you.

Cancellation, Non-attendance and Refunds

If you need to reschedule an appointment, we are always happy to do so.  If you do not attend without giving at least 24 hr notice a non attendance fee will be applied to you account which should be cleared before further appointments can be offered. This Fee 50% of the total appointment cost with minimum of £20

 

If you attend late beyond your appointment time you may not be seen. You should understand that our clinic are very busy and by seeing patients who are late impacts on every other appointment thereafter. For that reason your treatment may need to be rescheduled and is done so at our discretion. Repeat non attendance will result in no further appointments being offered

 

If you have made a deposit, we will refund your payment, less any amount that you owe The Foot Care Clinic in late cancellation/non attendance fees and/or a third party consultant. Please note that we will pay any refund (by electronic transfer) to the person who made the original payment. We do not pay cash refunds

Children Receiving Treatment

Minors under the age of 16 are required to have a responsible adult with them in order for treatment to be provided.
